Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by JDM Sliding Doors ("JDM Sliding Doors," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting an estimate, booking service, or submitting a form on this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request service.

Our Services

We provide sliding glass door, pocket door, commercial storefront door, impact window, screen, glass, and related repair, replacement, and installation services in the areas listed on this website. Service availability, response times, and pricing vary by location and by the work required.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on the information you give us and on what our technician observes on site. Until a technician has inspected the work in person, any figure we provide is an estimate and not a binding quote. If the work required differs from what was described, we will explain the difference and obtain your approval before proceeding. You are responsible for the agreed price of work you authorize.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointment windows are estimates and may shift because of traffic, weather, parts availability, or the length of a preceding job. We will contact you if your window changes. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another customer. Someone 18 or older must be present to authorize work.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms

JDM Sliding Doors operates a customer care text messaging program. The program sends messages about your own service request only: appointment confirmations and updates, messages from the technician assigned to your job, and a follow-up message after the work is completed asking you to rate your experience. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.

How you join. You are enrolled only when you give us your mobile number yourself, either on a form on this website or when you call to book a repair. Each form on this site states, directly above the submit button, that submitting it means you agree to receive these messages. We do not purchase phone numbers, and we never message anyone who has not requested service from us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your service. A typical job results in a small number of messages relating to that job.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. JDM Sliding Doors does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive service from us by phone or email.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, call us at (888) 283-8076, or use the contact form on this site.

Carriers and delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

Your information. Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Parts and materials remain our property until paid for in full.

Warranty

Workmanship and parts are covered by the warranty described on your invoice for that job. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, accident, storm or impact damage, corrosion from coastal exposure, subsequent work performed by others, or normal wear of consumable components. Contact us if you believe a repair has failed within its warranty period.
