Members get their common area doors checked every 3 months, and go to the front of the line every time they call.

Terms and pricing
- We visit every 3 months. A technician comes out four times a year.
- We check your common area doors. Those are the doors everybody uses, not the doors inside units.
- Repairs come at 15% off. Repairs are not included in the rate, so a door that needs a part is quoted at your member price first.
- You are billed monthly. The rate is set by the size of the building.

Twelve-month agreement. Repairs are not included: anything needing a part is quoted separately at your member discount. We walk the property first and put the exact list of doors in writing before anything starts.
Warranty Protection
Replacement parts supplied by JDM.
JDM installation and workmanship.
Additional Repairs
Replacement parts, major repairs, individual room or unit doors, specialty equipment, and additional labor are billed separately under JDM's commercial rate card. Pricing is provided for approval before work begins.
